Graham is an accomplished safeguarding professional and leader with over 35 years of experience in safeguarding and significant experience of working within safeguarding partnership arrangements including:

• Proven track record of providing strategic and collaborative leadership within children’s social care and safeguarding partnerships focusing on quality assurance, scrutiny and improvement

• Leading, authoring and quality assuring reports for Rapid Reviews, Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews and Domestic Homicide Reviews

• Responsible for driving improvements in multi-agency safeguarding practice including moving the local authority to Good Ofsted rating and establishing a national safeguarding framework within the Church of England
