Graham Tilby
Graham Tilby has worked in the field of safeguarding children for over 35 years. Trained as a social worker, he has held a variety of leadership roles across the West Midlands, primarily focusing on quality assurance and service improvement in the context of safeguarding partnership and multi-agency practice.
He has also held national roles as an HMI for Social Care and was the first full-time National Advisor for Safeguarding for the Church of England.
Graham was instrumental in helping Birmingham Children’s Services to achieve a good rating by Ofsted and ensuring effective multi-agency safeguarding arrangements.
